East-West Rome Vacuum Cleaner Service has been a trusted fixture on E 2nd St since 1985. What started as a small neighborhood repair shop has grown into Rome's go-to destination for vacuum care — and we owe that to customers who value honesty, craftsmanship, and a job done right.
We don't believe in quick fixes or unnecessary part replacements. Every repair we perform is guided by decades of hands-on experience and a simple principle: treat your vacuum the way we'd want ours treated. That ethos has kept families and businesses in the Rome area coming back for over forty years.
Whether it's a classic upright from the 1990s or the latest cordless stick model, we have the expertise and parts to get it running smoothly again.
Can't find your brand? Call us — we likely service it anyway.
My Miele stopped suctioning halfway through a cleaning. I brought it to East-West and they had it running perfectly the same afternoon. Fair price, no upselling, just honest work. That's rare to find.
I've been bringing my vacuums here for over ten years. The team always explains what's wrong, shows me the worn part, and gives me a clear estimate. I never feel like I'm being sold something I don't need.
Best vacuum repair shop in the area, period. They diagnosed a problem two other shops missed, replaced the part, and it's been flawless ever since. Highly recommend to anyone in the Rome area.
